Printmaking
Woodblock printing! My tedious and fine-particulate-creating love!
These are thus far all prints made using MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard), which is a wonderfully cheap and accessible material to carve. It's main flaw, however, is that it tends to not hold detail well at a small scale. The answer, obviously, is to just go ahead and make it big. I like to print mainly on "rescue" fabric, i.e. thrift bin fabrics, old bedsheets, etc, though I do go in for a big bolt of something-or-other if the price is right. This is why the fabric remains "mystery blend" most of the time. If you want prints on really specific stuff just ask. I can probably make it happen for you.
