How to Book

Booking is available via email (bogwater.taffy@gmail.com), or through instagram DMs. For customs I strongly prefer email, as it allows me to stay organized so I don’t forget about anyone’s projects!

Scheduling

I do most of my scheduling through the Calendly app, which allows you to see my availability and choose a slot to book -- Just email or DM me with all the information (below) for your tattoo and I will send you the link once the design details are finalized. I sometimes do scheduling without calendly during travel -- calendly does poorly with time zones.

Booking a Flash Design

When reaching out about booking a flash (predrawn) piece please make sure to include the following info:

Design -- description or screenshot is fine
Size (flash typically have a minimum size, feel free to check in if size is not listed)
Placement -- it is ok for arm and leg placements if you don't know specifics yet but I prefer to know in advance about torso and hand/foot placements

Booking a Custom Design

When reaching out about booking custom tattoo please make sure to include the following info:

Design -- Please be as specific and detailed as you can when describing it to me!
Color -- full color, greyscale, greyscale with accent color, etc.
Style -- line weight/shading style/examples of my previous work or flash
References -- I will not directly copy any other tattooer or artist's design without permission, but you are welcome to send as style or content reference.
Size & Placement -- feel free to send pictures of the area to be tattooed, especially if there are other nearby tattoos to work with.

General Pricing Structure

First Hour = $120

Additional Hours = $80

Special Pricing for Large Projects

Starting this year I am offering discounted Half Day and Full Day rates, geared toward large projects, mostly customs. A few larger flash pieces may also qualify, just ask! I'm offering this because it is more difficult to estimate the time committment for large projects, and because it's important to me to allow both you and me to take all the breaks we need during long sessions without worrying about hourly rate.

Half Day = $350

Half Day rate includes 4-6 hours of tattooing over an afternoon session at a flat rate.

Full Day = $650

Full Day rate includes two Half Day sessions. I prefer spacing them out on different days but I am willing to make rare exceptions to work with your schedule/commute.

Deposit for Appointment

Deposit is collected before scheduling your appointment and is $40 for flash and $80 for custom (this WILL go towards final cost). For larger customs the deposit may be more on a case to case basis. I'm able to take deposits via Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp.

Rescheduling an Appointment

Rescheduling with 3 days or more notice keeps original deposit, rescheduling 1-3 days out requires a new deposit $20 and rescheduling day of appointment requires a new deposit of $40 to rebook.
